Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 2026-10-15

Important Notice: This is a courtesy translation of the original Terms and Conditions in Spanish, which are the only legally binding ones.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lapsula, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Lapsula only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of Lapsula. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send an email to [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all your data, except for the legally required data that we are obligated to retain for the duration mandated by local regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Lapsula, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Lapsula or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lapsula and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Lapsula.

7. Discharge of Responsibility for Third-Party Integrations

In case a third-party integration offered in any of our plans ceases to be available due to restrictions by the third party or prohibitive costs due to a change in their pricing, Lapsula is not obliged to keep offering this integration or providing an alternative. Furthermore, Lapsula does not accept responsibility for any changes (e.g., data loss, incorrect information updates) or restrictions (e.g., bans, account suspensions, rate limitations) taking place in the third-party service due to using the provided integration.

8. Custom Integrations

Custom integrations developed on order for a specific account will only be maintained while the customer keeps an active subscription of the paid plan agreed upon, or a plan of higher monetary cost. Once the customer downgrades or cancels their paid plan, Lapsula will no longer be required to maintain the custom integration. The same discharge of responsibility for third-party applications described in section 7 applies to custom integrations that connect to third-party vendors or software, and Lapsula reserves the right to issue a professional services quote if additional custom development effort is required to adapt the existing integration to changes made by the external vendor.

9. Reasonable Use Policy

We reserve the right to limit, meter, or disable certain features — such as customer reminders — for some or all delivery methods in case of abuse. Abuse is considered any use for which the application is not intended, or a volume or usage rate so high that it compromises the stability and/or sustainability of the service.

10. Pricing Plan Updates

In the event of any changes in pricing plans (e.g., price update, feature update, revamp of plans, deprecation of plans), the customer will have the right to keep their existing plan active only until their next renewal date. Subsequently, they must move to one of the currently existing plans or delete their account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

Lapsula reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Lapsula after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
